Step by step
- Step 1: Open itPress Ask StrataWorx in the corner of any app page. Suggested questions change with the page you're on.
- Step 2: AskType in Ask anything… and press Enter (Shift+Enter for a new line). For example: “Which work orders at SP 70412 are overdue?” or “How do I lodge a proxy?”
- Step 3: Follow the linksAnswers link to the records and pages they mention, and to the right guide.
- Step 4: Actions wait for youIf your persona allows, the assistant can create a work order or change its status when you ask. Emails always wait for your approval.
- Step 5: HistoryHistory shows your last 10 chats; New chat starts fresh. Widen makes the panel bigger.
Common problems
It says a tool isn't available.
Your persona doesn't allow that kind of lookup or change. Ask someone who can, or an administrator.
