Requests: reporting a problem and chatting with your manager

Report a repair or ask a question, and follow the conversation until it's sorted.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Emergencies firstFor flooding, fire or a gas leak, call 000 first, then let your manager know.
  2. Step 2: New requestOpen Requests › New request. Pick your lot, say What's it about? and give Details (where, since when, photos help). Press Send request.
  3. Step 3: Follow itOpen the request to chat with your manager: type in Message and press Send. Replies appear here.
Tips
  • Repairs inside your own lot are usually the owner's responsibility; your manager will tell you if so.

Common problems

Can I send lots of requests?

Up to 10 an hour, to keep things manageable.
