Pilot terms

Version pilot-2026-10-24 · effective 24 October 2026. You accept these when you set up your firm's trial.

1. What the pilot is

StrataWorx is in a pilot with a small group of firms. Your firm gets early access, free of charge, while we finish the product with your feedback.
These pilot terms apply on top of our Terms of service and Privacy policy. Where they differ, these pilot terms apply for the length of the pilot.

Features may change, be added or be removed during the pilot, and some may be marked as preview.
The service is provided as is, without a service-level commitment. We aim to fix problems quickly but can't promise uptime or response times during the pilot.
Check anything StrataWorx drafts or calculates (including AI suggestions, levies, notices and reports) before you rely on it or send it. You stay responsible for your firm's decisions and statutory obligations.

Your firm owns its data. It is stored in Australia, and AI processing stays in Australia.
You can export your data at any time, and for 30 days after the pilot or your trial ends.
Only add real owner and resident information you are allowed to use for managing the scheme.

We may contact you about your experience. You can choose whether to take part in interviews or surveys.
We can use the feedback you give us to improve StrataWorx, without owing you anything for it. We won't name your firm publicly without your permission.

The pilot is free. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any charge starts, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Either of us can end your firm's pilot at any time by email. We'll give you at least 14 days' notice unless there's misuse or a security risk.

Pre-release features, pricing and roadmap details we share with you during the pilot are confidential. Please don't share them outside your firm.
