- Step 1: Claude and MCP appsCreate a key on Integrations › AI assistants and add StrataWorx as a custom connector. Then ask Claude about your schemes, emails and work orders.
- Step 2: Agent-to-agent (A2A)Other AI agents (Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, SAP Joule, Google and custom agents) can talk to StrataWorx's assistant. Give them the agent card address shown on Integrations and an API key.
- Step 3: Read-only or actionsRead-only keys can only look things up. Keys with write access can create work orders and hand work to StrataWorx's agents, which still wait for your approval before emailing anyone.
