What it's forNever miss a statutory deadline: repeating items roll forward, and the compliance agent raises and chases the work.
Who it's forStrata managers, building managers, maintenance coordinators and committee liaisons.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Add a deadlineStrata & committee › Compliance › Add a deadline: Scheme, Type (Annual fire safety statement, Insurance renewal, Capital works fund plan review, Building bond / defects inspection, Annual general meeting, Lift service, Other), Title, Due date, Repeats every (months) and Notes.
  2. Step 2: Automatic deadlinesInsurance renewals, capital works plan reviews and Strata Hub reports are added from their own pages.
  3. Step 3: Mark donePress Done. A repeating deadline moves to the next date (“Marked done. Next due …”); Undo restores it.
  4. Step 4: Let the agent workAsk the agent what's due. The Compliance agent reviews items due in 60 days or overdue, raises a linked work order for each one that hasn't got one, chases overdue trades and marks items done when their work order is done.
Tips
  • Filter All, Overdue, Due in 30 days or Later; the Work order column shows each linked work order's status.
