Before you start
- The Contractor documents link the firm emailed you (valid 30 days).
Step by step
- Step 1: Open the linkOn file shows the Public liability insurance and Licence expiry dates the firm has.
- Step 2: Upload a certificateChoose the Certificate type, Expiry date, Policy or licence number and Licence class (licences only), attach the File (PDF or photo, up to 5 MB) and press Upload certificate.
- Step 3: ApprovalThe firm checks and approves it. You'll get reminders 30 days and 7 days before expiry and on the day.
