- Step 1: Try itInbox & work › Receptionist › Try it lets you have a test conversation without a phone number.
- Step 2: Set it upAdministrators: Setup, tick Answer calls and WhatsApp with the digital receptionist, enter the Twilio phone and WhatsApp numbers and an optional greeting, then Save. Connect a number, step by step lists the addresses to paste into Twilio.
- Step 3: Follow upConversations are listed (All, Calls, WhatsApp, Tests). Open the case in the inbox to reply.
