Step by step
- Step 1: Upload the packAdmin & help › Scheme takeover › Start a takeover. Enter the Strata plan number (e.g. SP 70412), building and address, and upload up to 60 handover files (PDF, Word, text, CSV roll, photos; 25 MB each). Press Start takeover.
- Step 2: Let it workStrataWorx files each document, imports the roll, adds deadlines to Compliance and raises open issues as work orders. You can watch progress or Cancel takeover.
- Step 3: ReviewUse Review documents (Library › Handover), Review deadlines, Review open issues and Check the strata roll.
