Who it's forAnyone new to StrataWorx: firm staff, owners and tenants, contractors, and people deciding whether to use it.
Step by step
- Step 1: Firm staff use the appStaff sign in at /login and work in the app. What you see depends on your persona (for example Strata manager, Front desk or Accounts officer). Pick your persona at the top of the Learning centre to see your first-day path.
- Step 2: Owners and tenants use the resident portalResidents get an email invitation and then sign in with a one-time link, no password. Owners see levies, meetings and documents; tenants see requests, bookings, parcels and the noticeboard.
- Step 3: Contractors use a linkTrades get a private link with each work order. They update the job, add photos and upload their invoice without an account.
- Step 4: AI with a person in chargeStrataWorx drafts replies, reads invoices and suggests work orders, but emails to people outside your firm wait for a person to approve them. Every edit you make teaches it your firm's way of working.

- Pages marked Pro in the menu are on the Premium plan; every Premium feature is open during the 30-day trial.
Common problems
Is StrataWorx only for NSW?
It's built for Australian strata. Meeting, notice and finance defaults follow NSW law and can be changed in Governance and Finance settings.
